Do you know how many lunch-rooms around the country should be locked up? I mean, in my day, we had at least 4-5 food-flinging episodes a year. Multiply that by the years I was in school, and you’ve got some serious criminals getting away scott free for hurling tater-tots and salisbury steaks with congealed gravy.

Steven Gilb W/M 05-30-86 was stopped after he was observed flashing his headlight numerous times in an effort to warn oncoming traffic of a radar location. Gilb was able to attract the attention of Deputy Stickels with this effort. A teleytype check revealed that Gilb’s license was suspended for failure to pay numerous traffic fines, Child support and points. Gilb was arrested and transported to the VCBJ on a $1,000.00 bond without incident.
