DeLand Parks and Rec. announces youth-sports summer camps

The City of DeLand Parks and Recreation Department is teaming up with DeLand High School basketball head coaches John Zeoli and Brittany Cymbolin to offer a Basketball Camp 9 a.m.-noon Monday-Friday, June 10-14. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 9-14, with the cost per participant being $60 for early registration before June 5, or $65 for late registrations after June 10 (plus $3 nonresident fee for those living outside DeLand city limits). Camp will be at the DeLand High School gym, 800 N. Hill Ave.
The Rec. Department is teaming up with Bulldog volleyball to offer a Volleyball Camp Monday-Wednesday, June 17-19, for girls age 8 and up. The cost per participant is $55 for early registration and $65 for late registrations, after June 12 (plus $3 nonresident fee). This camp will also be at the DeLand High School gym. A beginners/intermediate camp will be 9 a.m.-noon, and an advanced, varsity, or JV camp will be 1-4 p.m.
Bulldog wrestling and the Rec. Department are offering a Wrestling Camp Wednesday-Friday, June 5-7. It is open to girls and boys age 12 and up. The cost per participant is $50 for early registration and $60 for late registrations after June 5, (plus $3 nonresident fee). Also at the DeLand High School gym, it will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
