New facts emerge about Marlon Brown death
Should DeLand police have citzen review board?

New facts emerged at a community meeting this week about the May 8 death of Marlon Brown under the wheels of a DeLand police cruiser.
Some of the details were grisly, including information that three law-enforcement officers tried to lift the car off Brown, who lay under its wheels in a dark lot in the Spring Hill neighborhood in Southwest DeLand.
