A man walked into Burger King at 1032 N. Woodland Blvd in DeLand, pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the staff, Monday, Oct. 8.
Manager Cedricka Johnson was working when the armed robber came into the store at about 9:41 p.m.
She told police the robber was a white-male in his mid-50s, 6 foot, 160 pounds, thin with a thin build. He was wearing two blue-colored flannel shirts, Johnson told police, and a black baseball hat. He had grey hair and a bandage taped to his neck.
The report said the man had "no visible tattoos, no facial hair, no glasses, clean shaved, did not speak with an accent, walked without a limp, and appeared to be dirty or homeless."
The gun was as a black-colored small revolver.
