Stone Mountain Gems and Jewelry By Michele is now open at its new location at 142 E. Indiana Ave. The store recently relocated from South Woodland Boulevard, where it had been in business for eight years.

The store is owned by Michele Yule, who runs the business. On staff is a full-time jeweler, Sal Ferro, who has been with the business for four years.

Along with a full array of new merchandise (diamonds, Rolexes and the like, Yule says), Stone Mtn also creates custom jewelry made to order and can perform while-you-wait repairs.

Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, and Saturday by appointment.
