Realtor Geof Felton and agent Chris Melvin have joined Prestige Properties in DeLand.
Felton specializes in commercial real estate along with residential sales. He has experience in buying and selling his own investment properties as well as owning and operating his own successful construction company here in West Volusia.
Felton is originally from Pennsylvania but a long-term resident of Florida with his wife of more than 50 years, LaVerde. He is very involved in the community and is currently a member of DeLand Breakfast Rotary Club (former president), DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce & Orange City Alliance, the National Association of Realtors, and the Mainstreet DeLand Association (current president).
Melvin is originally from New York City. After retiring from a successful career in law enforcement, Melvin and his wife, Dianne, moved to DeLand.
He strives to help families realize and meet their real estate goals, as first-time homeowners or seasoned buyers looking for a change.
He and his wife are active parishioners at St. Peter Catholic Church and enjoy participating in the church’s events. They enjoy visiting and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
