Please don’t forget that this weekend we fall back, as the nation goes off daylight saving time and returns to standard time.
Remember to set your clocks and watches BACK one hour before going to bed Saturday night. The official change occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 7. At that moment, the time will become 1 a.m. That means you will regain the hour of sleep you lost when the time advanced an hour in the spring.
Standard time will be in effect until March 13, 2022.
