Just want to praise and thank my wonderful neighbor Kelly Frasca for always being concerned about her neighbors when an emergency occurs.

Recently, there was a water-main break in our neighborhood, and I, for one, do not always use my computer because of failing eyesight, so had no idea of cautions being issued.

Kelly personally created colorful flyers regarding the restrictions and warnings and personally delivered them to each and every household on at least four streets surrounding her home.

Thank you, Kelly Frasca and family, for being such wonderful caring neighbors.
