Linda Hannon, a REALTOR® with Charles Rutenberg Realty, was named the 2021 REALTOR® of the Year by the West Volusia Association of REALTORS®. The award was presented at the association’s year-end installation event.
This is a peer-nominated award, based on an individual’s contribution to the West Volusia Association of REALTORS®, fellow members, the real estate profession and the community.
Hannon is a two-time winner of Realtor of the Year. After becoming a Realtor in 2007, she first received the award in 2012. In 2019, she was awarded the REALTOR Humanitarian Award.
“Two things I am passionate about. First is service to my community and association. Second is education to become the professional my customers deserve,” Hannon said. “Receiving this award, the first time, was amazing. To receive it a second time was even more of an honor.”
Hannon has many local charities that are close to her heart, and she is currently president of the Childhood Cancer Foundation Inc., a Volusia County-based 501(c)(3).
