West Volusia got a taste of its wild side at the 31st annual Albert D. Downs Wild Game Feast May 5. Organized by the DeLand Breakfast Rotary, attendees chowed down on meaty treats including venison jambalaya, rattlesnake and, of course, fried gator. Hundreds of people turned out to the event at the Volusia County Fairgrounds, and many definitely left with full bellies.
