I would like to give my endorsement of Ginny-Beth Joiner for the District 1 seat on the School Board.
Ginny-Beth understands what it takes to be in the classroom and how Volusia County Schools can support our teachers.
Unfortunately, at this time, many educators are leaving the field because they are not treated as professionals and are underappreciated.
Ginny-Beth wants to work toward retaining teachers, building up the morale of everyone, and getting rid of unfunded mandates.
Politics and hidden agendas have no place in the school system. She will work for all students, teachers and families.
Support Ginny-Beth Joiner on Aug. 23.
