Adams, Cameron & Co., Realtors has welcomed Ann Marie Nordman to its West Volusia team. A Florida native, Nordman has lived in the DeLand area for more than 30 years.
She received her bachelor’s degree in legal studies, and worked for a real estate attorney, before returning home to work as a mother full time, as well as home-schooling and fostering children. Nordman also volunteered at The Neighborhood Center, and was a client advocate for Grace House Pregnancy Center.
After some time, she returned to school and received a degree as a physical therapist assistant, working in a skilled nursing facility for years. The job was fulfilling, but she felt limited in the number of people she could reach, which circled her back to real estate.
Nordman feels great joy in doing things for others, helping them in any way, and this enthusiasm spills into everything that she puts her hands to, including her real estate career. She is confident that she can help customers through the extensive process of buying or selling property, and is committed to delivering a smooth and complete transaction while meeting clients’ wants and needs.
