Chris Cloudman is a great friend, and such a true and dedicated pillar to this community. I served with Chris as one of the past presidents of our
Downtown Rotary Club. His true leadership and his selfless service was such an inspiration to other members and new members to the organization. In regards to his experience and dedication to DeLand, I couldn’t think of anyone more qualified to govern the city of DeLand. He cares about the people and the direction of this city. I want to thank Chris for being a true inspiring leader and a mentor to me.
