This Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose is regarding that certain timeshare interests owned by Obligor in Traders Inn Condominium Association of Volusia County, Inc., located in Volusia County, Florida and more specifically described as follows: Unit # / Week # (see interval description on Exhibit “A”) in Traders Inn Condominium Association of Volusia County, Inc. according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 2169 at Page 1669 in the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, and any amendments thereof.
