With an old-world look of dark furniture and rich colors, the DeBary Executive Center gives off an elegant ambiance that is sure to please any business. “The building was built in 1974 as the sales center for the Glen Abbey subdivision. We did extensive remodeling to create an inviting work atmosphere,” said Peter.

Opened by business partners Peter Kurkjian and John MacFarlane, the Executive Center is the first of its kind in DeBary. A rapidly developing area, DeBary is not only the gateway to Volusia County, but is centralized for those who have corporate offices in Orlando or Daytona Beach. “In today’s changing work environment, this would be a great location for someone who works for a company that has their main operation elsewhere but needs a location locally,” said John.

Geared more toward business professionals, the DeBary Executive Center currently has multiple tenants, including two real estate agencies, a mortgage company, an attorney, home health care and more. “We like our tenants to complement each other,” said Peter. “Being that there are two real estate agencies here, we are working on a title company, and we’d love to have a financial planner or insurance company join us. We are open to companies that complement the businesses we already have.”

Located directly on a lake and overlooking a golf course, the DeBary Executive Center is also an ideal setting for meetings. “It’s also a great location for hosting an after-hours business, social, or networking events,” said Peter.
