wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE
FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,
SERIES 2006-FF15 is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA BURGOS
and LUIS ORTIZ, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk,
LAURA E. ROTH, ESQ., shall sell to the highest and best
bidder for cash at Volusia County’s OnLine Public Auction
website: https://volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00
A.M. on June 29, 2023, in accordance with Chapter 45,
Florida Statutes, the following described property located
