I am an employee of the Deland Eatery as a prep/baker since it’s inception 11/22. All recipes that I follow are from our wonderful chef Caleb Fleshman.
I am honored that you decided to share this event with your family at the restaurant and said article in the Beacon. However, I am very disappointed the chef that makes it all happen was never mentioned in your article. I don’t understand it. Why?
