DoBro's Chicago-style pizza
An analysis of more than 7.5 million Yelp reviews of pizzerias nationwide helps The Washington Post determine the best spots in each state. And this year, they’ve determined that DoBro’s in DeLand has earned third place for the best Chicago-style pizza in the state of Florida.
The family-owned fan-favorite pizzeria is known among locals for their exceptional deep-dish pizzas, and now with this placement in the major publication’s ranking, they’re gaining recognition on a much larger scale.
DoBro’s Restaurant posted a reaction to the honor on their Facebook page, stating “Reason #45672 We love you guys, your awesome yelp reviews got us in the Washington Post!”
They later noted how this recognition has increased their sales exponentially in a post that said how it “brought in a huge amount of new people. We had to shut off online ordering and phone ordering this weekend [Sept. 16 and 17].”
