Days after Blue Spring State Park rangers reported that a record 932 manatees were observed in the spring, the annual Orange City Manatee Festival celebrated the sea cow at nearby Valentine Park Jan. 27 and 28. Featuring live music, games, presentations from various organizations including Gatorland and more, the event was fun for all ages.
