Editor, The Beacon:

We’re writing to voice concern over the degree of mismanagement in the City of Deltona. From top, to mid, to lower. To include ever-escalating property tax, to Deltona water, which again has increased its base rate to near $70, to special assessments levied against property owners, for the collection of wastewater (despite the City of Deltona recently being granted a sizable monetary award for this very thing), and solid waste removal, etc.

In short, we hope our concerns warrant an investigation, and journalistic reporting on these matters, on our behalf, to further expose these, along with other, too many to mention, areas of high-degree mismanagement of the city’s tax revenue.
