Kick off the festivities at 7:30 pm. Friday, Aug. 23, with The Best of Rod, a Rod Stewart Tribute, showcasing his greatest hits. On Saturday, Aug. 24, at 7:30 p.m., Chicago Rewired, the Premier Chicago Tribute Band, will bring their unique blend of rock, jazz and soul with a powerful horn section. Finally, at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, will be NightBird SWFL – The Ultimate Tribute to Stevie Nicks, featuring all her iconic songs.

Known for his raspy vocals, charismatic stage presence, and a career that spans decades, Rod Stewart is an international superstar who continues to capture the hearts of generations. This tribute show will take you on a musical journey through Stewart’s greatest hits.

Stewart was born in London in 1945, and his distinctive voice and captivating stage presence set him apart from his peers. With a career spanning over half a century, Stewart has released numerous chart-topping albums and hit singles, including “Maggie May,” “Sailing,” “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy?” and “Forever Young.” Prepare to be enchanted by the magnetic aura of Stewart’s classic tunes as his greatest hits come to life on stage!

Switching gears, Chicago initially called themselves The Big Thing before eventually settling on their now-famous name. Their unique blend of rock, jazz and soul set them apart and quickly garnered them a devoted fan base.

One of the most interesting aspects of their music is their distinct sound, characterized by a strong horn section, which was quite uncommon in rock bands of the late 1960s. The band’s incorporation of brass instruments, including trumpets and trombones, brought a vibrant and dynamic element to their music, elevating their compositions to a whole new level.

With hits like “Beginnings,” “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?” “Saturday in the Park” and “You’re the Inspiration,” Chicago’s contribution to the rock and jazz fusion genre is unparalleled.

NightBird SWFL – The Ultimate Tribute to Stevie Nicks presents a varied repertoire spanning Nicks’ entire career. Born in Phoenix in 1948, Stevie Nicks embarked on her musical journey as a young dreamer during the vibrant 1970s. Her entry into the music world gained significant momentum when she joined the legendary rock band Fleetwood Mac.

Nicks’ unique voice coupled with her evocative and poetic songwriting quickly established her as the heart and soul of the band. Her first solo album, Bella Donna, released in July of 1981, was a commercial and critical success, establishing Nicks as a solo artist outside of her work with Fleetwood Mac.

With songs like “Edge of Seventeen,” “Leather and Lace” and “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around,” Nicks’ unique fusion of rock and folk, sprinkled with a touch of witchy mystique, has inspired generations. Beyond her musical prowess, Nicks’ fashion sense, characterized by twirling shawls and flowing skirts, created an iconic look. She has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, both as a member of Fleetwood Mac and as a solo artist.
