This letter is a notice to advise I have reached out to the Federal Department of Transportation to file a complaint against Volusia County for the discriminatory abuse, malfeasance, misuse and abuse of public funds, negligent management, and incompetence related to the farce labeled as Public Transportation Services. I’m looking forward to speaking with the agents and providing them with clear guidance on the extent of the negligent and discriminatory abuse, which in its current state simply benefits the parties involved in the oversight and management of Votran and its employees, rather than addressing the very serious needs of the public at large.
