Deputies are actively looking for a suspect wanted in a double homicide in Binghamton, New York. Scott C. Mitchell (DOB 1/6/1975) should be considered armed and dangerous. He was in a vehicle but is now believed to be on foot, possibly in the West DeLand area.

Description: 5’11” 210 lbs., blue eyes, blonde/red hair, recently shaved off his beard.
