A longtime DeLand doctor now leads a group of like-minded medical professionals. Rankin was installed as president of the FOMA March 15 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando. Rankin had a busy primary-care practice in West Volusia until he left Complete Health in 2023 to devote full time to medical research. Rankin is the director and principal investigator of Accel Clinical Research.
