Critters Connection: Sea Turtles of Volusia County

 Learn about the threatened and endangered sea turtle species that nest on Volusia County beaches, and their connection to the ancient beach of Lyonia Preserve. Staff will discuss their anatomy, diet, the effects of beachfront lighting on their nesting habits, and how locals can become involved in helping these marine reptiles.
