Lake George State Forest is part of an extensive wildlife corridor that provides habitat and roaming area crucial to the survival of the Florida black bear population. This 21,473-acre tract is also home to bald eagles, sandhill cranes, white-tailed deer, wild turkeys and bobcats. Learn about forest and habitat management.
