First Saturday Poetry Event

3-4:30 p.m. at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave. Presented by The Creative Happiness Institute and Daytona Mitsubishi. Poets Mary-Ann Westbrook and Daniel R. Blankenship will each have 30 minutes to talk about poetry and read their work. There will also be announcements of local open-mic opportunities, activity reports of local chapters of the Florida State Poets Association, and other poetry events. Free and open to the public.
