First Saturday Poetry Reading

3-4:30 p.m. at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave. Poets Barbie Meistrell, of the DeLand Boulevard Poets Cooperative, and John G. Stinson, of the St. Augustine Ancient Poets Society will have 30 minutes to talk about poetry and read their work. There will also be announcements of local open-mic opportunities and other poetry events, and activity reports from local chapters of the Florida State Poets Association. Free.
