First-Time Homebuyer Class (Virtual)

A pre-purchase homebuyer workshop in Spanish that meets the education requirement for those participating in the First-Time Homebuyer Program. The Zoom classes consist of eight hours of education. Participants will receive a certificate of completion that will enable them to apply for a federal downpayment- and closing-cost-assistance program available through Volusia County and the City of Deltona. The second half of the class is 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26. Cost: $10 per household. Scholarships are available upon request.
