Florida Veterans Hall of Fame Inductee Honored

Volusia County Council members will unveil a plaque in the rotunda featuring 92-year-old Port Orange resident Joseph Sicinski, who was recently inducted into the Florida Veterans Hall of Fame. A proclamation will be read at 4 p.m. during the County Council meeting.
