10 a.m.-4 p.m. along South Beach Street from Orange Avenue to International Speedway Boulevard, on Magnolia Avenue (from City Island to South Palmetto Avenue), and on City Island, Daytona Beach. The festival features two sections: Competitive Fine Arts and Crafts, which is juried and judged and eligible for prize and patron money, and Noncompetitive Arts, which are juried but not eligible for awards. The Student Art Exhibit and Competition spotlights the artwork of students from kindergarten through 12th grade from the Volusia County public-school system, as well as area private schools. The student art is at the News-Journal Center at Daytona State College, 221 N. Beach St. Children, pre-K to 5 years old, can pick up a “Little van Gogh to Go” kit at the information booth.
