Homeowners Association Board Member Certification Course

10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at The Brannon Center, 105 S. Riverside Drive, New Smyrna Beach. This course is taught by attorneys from Wright & Casey, P.A., and meets the updated requirements for all new and existing homeowners association board members required by Florida Statutes. The course covers fundamental concepts of Florida’s Homeowners Association Act (Chapter 720, Florida Statutes) and offers valuable information and practical tips to assist directors. The presentation includes relevant information from experienced community association attorneys and insurance industry professionals, and highlights of recent changes to Florida law affecting homeowners associations, and concludes with an optional question-and-answer session.
