At 5:30 p.m. Mayor Gary Blair will flip the switch to light up the holiday tree. Ice-skating; children’s activities; train rides; food trucks; and a 6:15 p.m. showing of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Free admission. Free hot cocoa and cookies.
