Luminary Upcycled Craft

2-2:30 p.m. at Lyonia Environmental Center, 2150 Eustace Ave., Deltona. Brighten your day by making a luminary from a paper cup or toilet-paper roll. Crafters will decorate their luminary, make holes, and then watch it glow. This program is recommended for age 7 and up. Free.
