Mardi Gras Dog Parade and Festival

8-9:15 a.m. Dog Costume Contest; 10 a.m. awards; 11 a.m. parade begins at Stetson University and heads south, ending at Howry Avenue; noon-4 p.m. festival on West Georgia Avenue, with music, food and vendors.
