During the service — which honors the buried and their families — Volusia County Council Member and former longtime Sheriff Ben Johnson will present appreciation plaques to Eagle Scouts Nathan Mann and Conner Gilmore, and local Boy Scout troops, for their extensive help improving cemetery grounds.
