Yoga with hula hoops? Yes! Gentle yoga stretching with hoops provides new, unique ways to explore the body. Yoga brings awareness to the mind/body connection, while hooping invites creativity and fun. Yoga with hooping brings us to the present moment and allows us to find our “flow.” Previous yoga and hoop dance experience is not required. This class is a gentle, mindfulness movement exercise perfect for everyone. Bring a mat and some water, and wear comfortable clothing. Hoops are provided. Free.
