Poetry Slam

In collaboration with the Main Street Art and Culture of DeLand Slam, we invite you to join us in supporting creatives as they compete in the annual poetry slam. Up to 10 poets may enter this qualifier. There will be two rounds of poems, all 3 minutes with a 10 second grace period. Each poet will do two poems. First round’s order is by random draw. Second round is ordered high to low. Highest cumulative score wins. This qualifying event will determine 4 individuals who will go on to compete in the Breaking Bad Poetry Exit 36 Grand Slam in September!
