Roots and Branches Genealogical Society of West Volusia

1 p.m. instructional class, 2 p.m. meeting, at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave. The instructional class will be “Genealogy Tools, Tricks and Tidbits” in the library classroom. The featured program (in the auditorium) will be “Fathers and Father Figures,” during which members will share stories about the influential men in their lives. The public is welcome. Free.
