Science Shindig

4-6 p.m. at the DeLand Regional Library, 130 E. Howry Ave. All ages are invited to dress up as your favorite “Lessons in Chemistry” character, a scientist, or in 1950s/’60s attire and get your photo taken with a themed background. Enjoy themed games, crafts and other activities. Costumes are encouraged but not required. An email is required to receive a photo. For best results, do not wear green clothing. Free.
