Scrub Jay 101

Kayleigh Alexander, Stetson University’s Audubon campus co-ambassador, will present a program about the Florida scrub jay. Following her talk, attendees will search for these beautiful birds on a guided hike through Lyonia Preserve. Binoculars and cameras are suggested. Participants should bring water, be prepared to hike on unpaved, sugar-sand trails, and wear closed-toe shoes. Free. Registration is required; call 386-789-7207, ext. 21028.
