Part of the Volusia Reads Together program, based on the sci-fi novel Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. Join the staff of the Emil Buehler Planetarium for a unique and safe opportunity to view the sun through a specialized solar telescope. Guests will be able to view sunspots, flares and prominences. The telescopes used are made specifically for observing the sun, making them safe for anyone to look through. Free. Call 386-822-6430.
