Attendees will find several downtown restaurants offering dinner specials; popular food trucks; live music. 3 p.m. St. Paddy’s Day Dog Parade & Costume Contest on Beach Street from Orange Avenue to Magnolia Avenue. The participation fee is $15 per dog. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
