Toddler Time is an interactive, 21st-century literacy program designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years. Children and caregivers are introduced to the basic building blocks of literacy through stories, rhymes and music, in a fun and educational environment. Programs may end with a brief STREAM (science, technology, reading, engineering, art and math) activity. Free. Call 386-822-6430.
