For students in middle school through college. The focus of this course is to seek the truth about Black history. The topics, guided by the curiosity of the students, will draw from but not be limited to those taught in the College Board’s AP African American Studies Pilot Course, including “The Origins of African Diaspora,” “Freedom, Enslavement & Resistance,” “The Practice of Freedom” and “Movements and Debates.” The sessions will continue on the first Sunday of the month.
