Wading Birds of Volusia County Hike

9-11 a.m. at Spruce Creek Park, 6250 S. Ridgewood Ave., Port Orange. Discover the wading birds and other aquatic birds that live in the park. Learn how to identify them, and explore some of the adaptations that make these birds so unique. Age 8 and up are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult. Wear closed-toe shoes, and bring binoculars. Free.
