Walking Tour of DeLand’s Historic Districts

A walking tour of the Old Northwest Historic District and the Stetson University Historic Campus District, guided by experienced West Volusia Historical Society docents. Walk through history in the residential neighborhoods on West Minnesota, North Clara, West Rich and West Michigan avenues and Woodland Boulevard, and explore the historic buildings surrounding the iconic Holler Fountain on the Stetson campus. Learn about a variety of architectural styles, and hear the stories of well-known DeLand and Stetson pioneers. Admission: free for WVHS members; $10 for nonmembers.
