Webinar on Training for FEMA Elevation Certificates

Volusia County’s Growth and Resource Management Department will host this webinar on completing FEMA elevation certificates. Environmental engineer Del Schwalls, president of Schwalls Consulting in Orlando, will be the speaker. He has more than 20 years of experience in flood-plain management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and water-resources engineering. Surveyors, Florida licensed professional engineers, developers, contractors and government employees who are involved with planning, development and building are encouraged to participate. Free.
