The survey is open to all parents of children with an individual educational plan (IEP) receiving ESE services from preschool age through grade 12, and is not intended for parents of students receiving only gifted services through an educational plan.

The deadline for the survey is Sunday, June 30. The survey also can be found at http://bit.ly/2024parentsurvey.
