I’m usually with Mr. Andrews 100 percent. This time, 0 percent.
Mike Chitwood has pushed to weed out the unacceptable in the force. His instructive approach is conservative, so Volusia County residents needn’t worry about having a knee on your neck.
Mike Chitwood deserves to be knighted and recognized as Sir Mike.
